Vitaking Omega-3 liquid 2500 mg (150 ml)

Vitaking Omega-3 is a liquid supplement supplied in a 150 ml pack. Each 5 ml serving provides purified fish oil delivering a minimum of 2500 mg of omega-3 fatty acids, of which minimum 350 mg is EPA and minimum 2000 mg is DHA, along with 11.5 mg α-TE of vitamin E (95.8% Nutrient Reference Value).

The ingredients are purified fish oil, tocopherol-rich extract with natural tocopherols, lemon oil, an antioxidant blend with rosemary extract, ascorbyl palmitate, and tocopherol-rich extract. The label states the product contains fish (sardine, anchovy, mackerel), as the fish oil is derived from purified fish oil.

Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart.

DHA contributes to maintenance of normal brain function.
