KENAY Melatonin MicroActive delivers 1 mg of melatonin per capsule using the patented MicroActive® technology — a microencapsulation system designed to support a more consistent and sustained release profile compared to standard melatonin formats. Each daily capsule contains 34 mg of the MicroActive® Melatonin complex, of which 3% (1 mg) is active melatonin, providing the recognised intake level associated with helping to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep.*

Melatonin is a naturally occurring hormone produced by the pineal gland that plays a central role in regulating the sleep-wake cycle. Supplementing with melatonin is a well-established approach for those looking to support their normal sleep onset, particularly when travelling across time zones or when the natural sleep rhythm has been disrupted.

Each capsule is made with a hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) shell, making it suitable for both vegans and vegetarians. With 60 capsules per pack, KENAY Melatonin MicroActive offers a full two-month supply at the standard recommended dose of one capsule per day.
