Περιγραφή
Vitamin B-12 is supplied in capsule form, with 100 capsules per pack, giving a net content of 33.45 g. Each capsule provides 500 µg of vitamin B12 as cyanocobalamin, corresponding to 20,000% of the reference intake value (Nutrient Reference Value).
The capsule contains rice flour as a bulking agent, along with corn starch, and magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide as anti-caking agents. The capsule shell is made from gelatin. The label states no allergens explicitly, but notes that the product contains gelatin of animal origin.
Vitamin B12 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
