Natures Aid Vitamin B Complex 100 (60 Tablets)

Vitamin B Complex 100 is supplied in tablet form, with 60 tablets per pack. Each tablet provides 30 mg of vitamin C, 100 mg of thiamin (B1), 100 mg of riboflavin (B2), 100 mg of niacin (B3), 100 mg of vitamin B6, 400 µg of folic acid, 100 µg of vitamin B12, 100 µg of biotin, 100 mg of pantothenic acid (B5), 100 mg of choline bitartrate, 100 mg of inositol and 30 mg of PABA.

The ingredients include microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, di-calcium phosphate, an anticaking agent of vegetable source stearic acid, a tablet coating containing sodium carboxymethylcellulose, dextrin, dextrose monohydrate, lecithin (soya) and sodium citrate, an anticaking agent of silicon dioxide and vegetable source magnesium stearate, and a vitamin B12 preparation of cyanocobalamin and calcium phosphate. The label states the product contains soya, from lecithin (soya) in the tablet coating, and states it is free from GMO, artificial colours, artificial flavours, dairy, lactose, gluten, wheat, nuts, salt, starch, sugar and yeast.
