Description
Vitaking Vitafer is a capsule supplement supplied in packs of 30 capsules. Each capsule is a daily serving, providing 15 mg iron (107% Nutrient Reference Value), 60 mg vitamin C as ascorbic acid (75% Nutrient Reference Value) and 1.25 µg vitamin B12 as cyanocobalamin (50% Nutrient Reference Value).
The ingredients include Lipofer iron preparation (iron pyrophosphate, corn starch, sunflower lecithin), amilogel K (modified corn starch), gelatin, colourant titanium dioxide, ascorbic acid, anti-caking agent magnesium salts of fatty acids, and a B12 preparation (cyanocobalamin, maltodextrin).
