Vilgain Ghee Spray with Avocado Oil is a convenient, portion-controlled cooking spray that combines the richness of traditional concentrated butter (ghee) with the smooth quality of avocado oil. The blend delivers 70% avocado oil and 30% ghee in every spray, making it a practical choice for everyday cooking without the guesswork of measuring oils or fats.
The spray format ensures an even, light coating across your pan or food from just 10–15 cm away, helping you control how much fat you use at each meal. With only 15 kcal and 1.7 g of fat per 1.8 ml serving, it is well suited for those who want to keep an eye on their calorie intake without sacrificing flavour or cooking quality.
