Collagen Complex is supplied as a powder, in a 240 g pack. The ingredient blend combines beef collagen peptides, hydrolyzed chicken collagen peptides, pure hydrolyzed marine collagen peptides, eggshell membrane collagen peptides and bird sternum collagen peptides, together with vitamin C and hyaluronic acid.

The label states this blend provides five types of collagen: Types I, II, III, V and X. It contains peptides derived from fish and contains egg.

The product is labeled gluten free and lactose free.
