Description
Trace Minerals Fast-Absorbing Fiber delivers 14 grams of soluble dietary fiber per serving in a convenient liquid format, making it an easy addition to your daily wellness routine. Each 30 ml serving combines inulin (including oligofructose), organic gum arabic, and apple pectin — well-regarded sources of soluble fiber — alongside a naturally flavoured base of white grape and apple juice concentrates with a hint of orange and tangerine.
The formula is further enriched with Trace Minerals' proprietary Ionic Trace Minerals (ITM) Complex, providing magnesium, chloride, and boron sourced from ionic trace minerals. Each serving provides 14 grams of dietary fiber, equal to 50% of the daily reference value. It mixes easily into juice or food, making it suitable for a wide range of lifestyles.
Trace Minerals Fast-Absorbing Fiber is gluten free, free of psyllium, and suitable for vegan and vegetarian diets. Each bottle contains 15 servings (444 ml / 15 fl. oz.), giving you a straightforward and consistent approach to maintaining your daily fiber goals.
Ingredients
Ingredients Magnesium (from ITM), chloride (from ITM), boron (from ITM), inulin (including oligofructose), purified water, organic gum arabic ( Acacia senegal ), white grape concentrate, apple juice concentrate, natural orange and tangerine flavors, aloe ( Aloe barbadensis ), apple pectin, potassium benzoate, and potassium sorbate (for freshness). Contains 3 grams of added sugar.
Mandatory information
Shake vigorously before use. Take 1 cap (30 ml / 2 tbsp) directly or mixed with juice or food. Begin by taking 1 tablespoon daily for 1 week to allow the GI tract to adjust, then take 2 tbsp (1 oz) daily if desired. An influx of digestive gases is normal and should be expected. Drink plenty of fluids while taking fiber. Rinse cap after each use.
