Description
Solgar Psyllium Husks Fibre delivers 1,000 mg of pure psyllium husk (Plantago ovata) per serving. Each serving of two vegetable capsules contributes 1 g of dietary fibre.
Psyllium husk is derived from the seeds of Plantago ovata. Solgar's formulation is free from gluten, wheat, dairy, soy, yeast, sugar, artificial flavours and colours, making it suitable for a wide range of dietary preferences, including vegan and vegetarian lifestyles.
Encapsulated in vegetable capsules and manufactured to Solgar's longstanding quality standards. The bottle contains 200 capsules — 100 full servings.

Ingredients Powdered Psyllium Husks Fibre, Vegetable Capsule Shell: hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, Anti-caking Agent: vegetable magnesium stearate. Capsule shell: Hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose (vegetable capsule shell).
Mandatory information
As a dietary supplement for adults, take two (2) vegetable capsules daily with a minimum of 8 oz. (250 ml) of juice or liquids. Should be taken preferably between meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
