Description

This Vitamin B Complex is supplied in capsule form, with 30 capsules per container and 460 mg per serving. Each serving is one capsule.

The active ingredients are vitamin C (as ascorbic acid), thiamin (as thiamine mononitrate), riboflavin, niacin (as niacinamide), vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine HCl), folate (as folic acid), vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin), biotin, pantothenic acid (as D-calcium pantothenate), inositol and choline bitartrate. The capsule is made from hypromellose (cellulose), with dicalcium phosphate, stearic acid, rice flour and calcium silicate as other ingredients.

The label does not explicitly declare any allergens and states the product is gluten free.
