The formula contains Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine HCl), Vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin), Calcium (as calcium carbonate), Magnesium (as di-magnesium malate), Zinc (as zinc picolinate), Chloride (as Himalayan rock salt and potassium chloride), Sodium (as Himalayan rock salt), and Potassium (as potassium chloride). The capsule shell is made from hypromellose (cellulose), with organic oat fiber, organic pea starch, organic bamboo extract, organic gum arabic, organic sunflower oil, organic sunflower lecithin, a rice extract blend, and magnesium stearate (vegetable source) among the other ingredients.
