NOW Methyl Folate 5000 µg delivers folate in the form of (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolate (5-MTHF), sourced from the patented Quatrefolic® ingredient. Unlike standard folic acid, this active form does not require enzymatic conversion in the body. Each vegetable capsule provides 8,333 µg DFE (Dietary Folate Equivalents), representing 2083% of the daily reference value.

Folate contributes to normal psychological function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
