Description

Fiber-3 Organic is a powder supplied in a 16 oz (454 g) pack, with about 27 servings per container at a serving size of 2 1/2 tbsp (17 g). The ingredients are organic golden flax seed meal (cold milled), organic gum acacia, and organic inulin (FOS) (fructooligosaccharides) from blue agave.

Each serving provides 80 calories, 4 g total fat, 8 g total carbohydrate including 4 g dietary fiber (2 g soluble, 2 g insoluble), and 3 g protein. It also contains naturally occurring omega-3, omega-6 and omega-9 fatty acids, listed as 2,550 mg, 765 mg and 895 mg per serving respectively.

The product is not manufactured with yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients, though it is produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.

Mandatory information

Mix 2 1/2 tablespoons (17 g) into at least 12 oz. of water or juice, and blend. Be sure to drink plenty of additional fluids throughout the day. Start with smaller amounts and gradually increase to full serving size over several weeks. Use once or twice daily for optimal effect.
