Description

NFO Omega-3 Premium delivers a concentrated source of marine omega-3 fatty acids from premium-quality fish oil sourced from anchovy, mackerel, and sardine. Each softgel provides 1000 mg of fish oil, supplying 360 mg of EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid) and 240 mg of DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid).

EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function. DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal vision. These are authorised health claims under EU Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006, achieved at a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA combined.

Each capsule also contains Vitamin E in the form of mixed tocopherols. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. With 90 softgels per pack, NFO Omega-3 Premium provides a convenient way to take fish oil softgels as part of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
