Natur Tanya B Complex Extra is a comprehensive, high-potency B vitamin formula delivering all eight essential B vitamins in a single daily tablet. Each tablet supplies active, bioavailable forms of key nutrients — including methylcobalamin and 5'-deoxyadenosylcobalamin for B12, pyridoxal-5'-phosphate for B6, and calcium-L-methylfolate alongside (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid for folate — supporting optimal absorption and utilisation by the body.

The formula is further enhanced with BioPerine® black pepper extract, standardised for piperine, and safflower flower extract. Thiamine, riboflavin and niacin contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Thiamine, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Vitamin B6, folate and vitamin B12 contribute to normal psychological function. Riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B6, folate and vitamin B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Mandatory information

1 film-coated tablet per day, preferably in the morning, after a meal, swallowed with plenty of water. Duration of use: minimum 60 days, maximum 120 days.
