Vitamin D3 is supplied in softgel form, with 250 softgels per container. Each softgel provides 25 µg (1,000 IU) of vitamin D3, as cholecalciferol.

The softgel is made with extra virgin olive oil, gelatin, medium chain triglycerides, glycerin, purified water and rosemary extract. The label states no allergens explicitly, though the gelatin used is animal-derived.
