This product is supplied in capsule form, with 90 veggie capsules per container and a serving size of 3 capsules, giving 30 servings per container. Each serving provides 52 mg chloride, 30 mg sodium, 55 mg potassium, 450 mg glucosamine hydrochloride potassium sulfate, 320 mg chondroitin sulfate, 300 mg MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) as OptiMSM, and 40 mg UC-II standardized cartilage.

The capsule shell is made from hypromellose. Other ingredients are microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate (vegetable source), and silicon dioxide. The label states this product contains shellfish (crab and shrimp shells).

This product is labeled gluten free and lactose free.
