Description

This is a liquid supplement supplied in an 8 fl oz (237 ml) bottle, with a serving size of 1/2 teaspoon (approx. 2.5 mL) and approximately 96 servings per container. Each serving provides 530 mg of total omega-3s, including 170 mg EPA and 255 mg DHA, along with 20 calories, 2.5 g total fat, 0.5 g saturated fat and 10 mg cholesterol. Vitamin A and vitamin D are noted as naturally occurring in the oil, at up to 135 µg RAE and less than 2% DV respectively.

The ingredients are purified arctic cod liver oil, natural flavor, RRR-alpha tocopherol as an antioxidant, and rosemary extract as a natural preservative. The label states the product contains fish (cod) and is free of gluten, milk derivatives, and artificial colors and flavors.
