3-Creatine Malate, Lemon is a powder supplied in a 250g pack, stated on the label as 83 servings. Each 3g serving, measured as half a scoop, provides 2400 mg of creatine malate, of which 1800 mg is creatine, along with 300 mg of taurine and 1.50 mg of vitamin B6.

The ingredient list includes creatine malate, taurine, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), stabilising agent gum arabic, acidity regulator malic acid, flavouring and the sweetener sucralose. No specific allergens are declared on the label, though it advises against consumption if allergic to any of the ingredients.

Mandatory information
