SOLGAR Calcium Magnesium plus Zinc (250 tabs)

Calcium Magnesium plus Zinc is supplied in tablet form, with 250 tablets per container. Each tablet provides 333.33 mg of calcium (as calcium carbonate, calcium gluconate and calcium citrate), 133.33 mg of magnesium (as magnesium oxide, magnesium gluconate and magnesium citrate) and 5 mg of zinc (as zinc gluconate), which corresponds to 1000 mg calcium, 400 mg magnesium and 15 mg zinc per daily serving of 3 tablets.

Other ingredients include microcrystalline cellulose, citric acid, cross-linked cellulose gum, hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, vegetable glycerin (from palm kernel oil and coconut oil), vegetable magnesium stearate, vegetable stearic acid and carnauba wax. The label states the product is free of gluten, wheat, dairy, soy, yeast, sugar, sodium, artificial flavors, artificial sweeteners and artificial colors.
