Sambucol Immuno Forte Liquid is supplied in liquid form, in a 120 ml bottle. Each 10ml serving provides Vitamin C at 110 mg (138% Nutrient Reference Value), Zinc at 2.6 mg (26% Nutrient Reference Value), and Black Elderberry Juice at 3.8 g (Nutrient Reference Value not established).

The ingredients are glucose syrup, black elderberry (Sambucus nigra) juice, water, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), zinc gluconate, raspberry flavouring, acidity regulator (citric acid), and preservative (potassium sorbate). The label states the product is free from gluten and does not contain any of the 14 major allergens listed in Annex II (1169/2011) of the EU Food Information for Consumers Regulation.
