The ingredients are whey protein concentrate (milk), milk protein concentrate, whey protein isolate (milk) with soy lecithin as an emulsifier, cocoa powder (1.5%), skim milk powder, flavouring, thickener (sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, guar gum), salt and sweetener (sucralose).

The label states the product contains milk and soy, and is manufactured in a plant that also processes milk, gluten (oats, wheat), soya, egg, celery, mustard, sulphites, fish, crustaceans, peanuts and nuts. Per serving of 30g, the product provides 465 kJ / 111 kcal, 1.7g fat, 2.7g carbohydrate, 0.9g fibre, 21g protein and 0.51g salt.
