Ultra A & D-3 25,000 / 1,000 is supplied in softgel form, with 100 softgels per container. Each softgel provides Vitamin A (60% as Beta-Carotene and 40% from Fish Liver Oil) 7,500 µg and Vitamin D (as D3 Cholecalciferol, from Lanolin) 25 µg (1,000 IU).

The softgel capsule is made from bovine gelatin (BSE-free), glycerin and water, along with rice bran oil. The label states the product contains fish (cod, saithe, haddock, pollock) and is not manufactured with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, shellfish, tree nut or sesame ingredients, though it is produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
