Milk Thistle is supplied in capsule form, with 120 capsules per container. Each capsule provides 250 mg of Milk Thistle Extract (Silybum marianum)(seed)(4:1 extract), equivalent to 1,000 mg of Milk Thistle.

The capsule shell is made from hypromellose (cellulose). The remaining ingredients are rice flour and magnesium stearate (vegetable source). No allergens are declared on the label, though the label notes that people with known allergies to plants in the Asteraceae family may be sensitive to milk thistle.
