Each tablet provides Vitamin A (800 µg), Vitamin D3 (10 µg), Vitamin C from Ascorbic Acid (200 mg), Zinc as Picolinate (15 mg), Copper as Gluconate (1 mg), Selenium as L-Selenomethionine (100 µg), Odour Modified Garlic Powder (200 mg), Beta-Glucans 1,3/1,6 from Saccharomyces cerevisiae (150 mg), and Elderberry Berry Extract equivalent to 200 mg of dried berries, standardised to provide 860 µg of anthocyanins.

The ingredients include Di-Calcium Phosphate, Odour Modified Garlic Powder, an Ascorbic Acid Preparation, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Beta-Glucan Yeast Concentrate, Zinc Picolinate, a Tablet Coating containing Soya Lecithin, an Elderberry Preparation, an L-Selenomethionine Preparation, an Anticaking Agent of vegetable-source Magnesium Stearate, a Vitamin A Preparation, Copper Gluconate, a Vitamin D3 Preparation, and Silicon Dioxide as an additional anticaking agent.
