The lemon-orange flavoured powder contains L-glutamine, magnesium salts of citric acid, L-arginine hydrochloride, flavourings, L-ornithine hydrochloride, L-lysine hydrochloride, gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), silicon dioxide as an anti-caking agent, L-tryptophan, citric acid and malic acid as acidity regulators, the sweeteners sucralose and acesulfame K, KSM-66 ashwagandha root extract, L-theanine, beta-carotene as a colouring, zinc citrate, saffron flower extract, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) and melatonin. Per 14 g serving, the label states 3500 mg L-glutamine, 1450 mg L-arginine HCl (of which 1200 mg L-arginine), 850 mg L-ornithine HCl (of which 500 mg L-ornithine), 750 mg L-lysine HCl (of which 600 mg L-lysine), 750 mg GABA, 500 mg L-tryptophan, 200 mg KSM-66 ashwagandha extract (of which 10 mg withanolides), 150 mg L-theanine, 25 mg saffron extract (of which 1.3 mg crocin), 1 mg melatonin, 288 mg magnesium (77% Nutrient Reference Value), 10 mg zinc (100% Nutrient Reference Value) and 5 mg vitamin B6 (357% Nutrient Reference Value).

The label states the product may contain derivatives of cereals containing gluten, soy, milk, and eggs.
