Nordic Naturals Omega-3 delivers 690 mg of total omega-3 fatty acids per serving, including 330 mg of EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid) and 220 mg of DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid), sourced from purified deep sea anchovies and sardines. DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision, while both DHA and EPA contribute to the normal function of the heart.
